This website is operated by NCL Tech Pty Ltd (“NCL Tech”, “we”, “us”), a commercial rugged hardware specialist based in Melbourne, Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to ncltech.com.au.

Enquiries you send us. When you request a quote or contact us — whether through a form on this site or by emailing info@ncltech.com.au — we receive the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, business email, company, the industry and deployment you’re scoping, quantities, timeframe, and the content of your message.

Usage and analytics data. We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source). This is collected via cookies and similar technologies and is aggregated — we do not use it to identify you personally.

Server and security logs. Our hosting and network providers automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, request time, and user agent for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes.
